Occupancy Specialist/Property Manager

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks an Occupancy Specialist/Property Manager to support safe, affordable housing within our healthcare and social assistance programs. In this role, you’ll manage day‑to‑day operations of supportive housing properties, oversee tenant eligibility, certifications, and recertifications, and ensure full compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and fair housing regulations. You will coordinate leasing, rent collection, inspections, and maintenance requests while building strong resident relationships that promote stability, wellbeing, and community. Collaborating with case managers and service teams, you’ll help connect residents with resources and uphold LSS’s mission‑driven, trauma‑informed, and inclusive culture.
