IP Docketing Specialist — Philadelphia (Hybrid)

35‑hour week | Up to $105K DOE | 2 days in office

Consilio's ELS Direct Hire Staffing Division is excited to be our law firm clients in Philadelphia Pa. in finding an experienced IP Docketing Specialist to support its busy Intellectual Property Practice Group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail‑driven, deadline‑focused environment and enjoys working across patent and trademark matters.

What You’ll Do: • Manage patent & trademark docketing deadlines • Process USPTO/foreign correspondence • Prepare docket reports & monitor due dates • Support attorney transitions, intakes, and matter openings • Collaborate with the IP docketing team

What You Bring: • 3+ years IP docketing experience • Strong knowledge of U.S. & foreign patent/trademark lifecycles • Experience with docketing systems (Patricia preferred) • High accuracy, organization, and communication skills
