As a Premier Client Banker within PNC’s Wealth Management organization, you will be based in Columbus, OH. Job Description Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention for purposes of generating revenue and deepening share of wallet with new and existing clients. Proactively generate and manage leads and client appointments. Leverage needs‑based and consultative conversational skills, experience, and acquired knowledge of bank products and services and position appropriately to grow share of wallet and attract new mass affluent households. Develop and maintain internal partnerships to drive new revenue, acquisition and growth. Manage risk and maximize profitability for entire portfolio of clients. Deliver a differentiated client experience in all elements of the relationship, from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Maintain proactive, timely, accurate and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks as determined by the business. Ensure execution of team processes such as pre‑call planning, post‑call debriefs and relationship reviews. Serve as the quarterback for all ecosystem partners, bringing in experts based on needs identified, and ensuring an exceptional experience in every interaction. Deliver Financial Wellness by proactively suggesting tailored solutions aligned with client needs. Leverage client insight and sales tools to translate into actionable sales strategies and tactics, proactively identifying and successfully converting sales opportunities and delivering an exceptional client experience. Achieve business results through leadership of and productive collaboration with a wide range of ecosystem partners. Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a Center of Influence (COI). Own the client relationship and hold team accountable for deliverables. Own client penetration goals with ecosystem partners. Deliver the Mass Affluent Advice and Planning value proposition through a joint Banking and Investing partnership with a PNC Financial Advisor. Ensure a strong client commitment and advocacy by delivering proactive and responsive service to meet client goals. Differentiate client experience through advanced relationship building and conversation skills. Have advanced and progressive knowledge of business segment capabilities and offerings. Responsibilities Drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet. Proactively generate and manage leads and client appointments. Leverage consultative skills to position bank products and services. Develop internal partnerships to create new revenue, acquisition and growth opportunities. Manage risk and maximize profitability across client portfolio. Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role. Certifications are desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s) and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education: Bachelor’s (Required) Certifications: None required. Preferred certifications include FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) and Life and Health Insurance. Licenses: FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) preferred. Life and Health Insurance preferred. Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $63,750.00 – $106,250.00. Salary may vary based on geographic location, market data and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
