Join the South Shore Gymnastics Academy team as an Experienced Gymnastics Class Instructor for Saturday Mornings! We are looking for passionate individuals to inspire and teach young gymnasts in a fun and safe environment. This is a great opportunity to give back to the community and also supplement your income. More hours and responsibility could be available for an applicant, if desired. Responsibilities:
- Lead and instruct gymnastics classes for children of various skill levels.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym equipment and facilities.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in gymnastics instruction or coaching.
- Strong understanding of gymnastics techniques and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for working with children and fostering their love for gymnastics.
- Flexible and reliable, with availability on Saturday mornings. More hours are available for the right individual.
- Background check clearance required.
