Job Details:

• Trauma Level: Level 3
• Facility Specific Job Notes:

**Required Experience and Certifications:** - 2 years minimum experience - WI RN License - BLS, ACLS - Associate Degree or Certificate **Preferred Experience and Qualifications:** - One travel assignment - NIHSS certification - EPIC charting experience - Bachelor's Degree **Leadership and Clinical Experience:** - Experience in 10 bed unit (ICU and IMC) and MS unit with 34 beds - Patient Ratio: 1:2 in ICU; 1:3-1:4 in IMC; 1:5-1:6 in MS **Skills:** - Ability to float to other units as needed - Compliance with safety protocols, including mask-wearing during flu season if unvaccinated
