Ceiba Routes, LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) dedicated to providing exceptional delivery service. We are looking for reliable, energetic, and customer-focused drivers to join our growing team. Job Description As a Delivery Driver, you will operate a company-provided cargo van to deliver packages safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a delivery van and follow all traffic laws Load and deliver packages to customers in a timely manner Use a handheld device for routing and delivery confirmation Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver’s license required Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Strong reliability and time management skills Prior delivery or driving experience is a plus Additional Information Pay & Incentives: Starting pay: $20.50/hour Performance-based bonuses up to $5.50/hour (based on safety, quality, reliability, and tenure) On-the-spot job offers available Schedule: Part-time (2–3 days/week) 10-hour shifts between 9:40 AM – 8:40 PM Benefits (Full-time): Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with up to 4% company match 80–120 hours of Paid Time Off annually Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year (Next Mile Program) Company-provided van and delivery device $125 Zappos credit for work shoes Paid training and referral program Overtime opportunities and peak bonuses Work Location: On the road (In-person role, not remote) #J-18808-Ljbffr
