Account Executive

Responsibilities Develop strategies and plans to acquire new business for the corporation in order to meet sales goals. Conduct or participate in implementation meetings with new groups. Develop and maintain relationships with key agents, consultants, and key decision makers to ensure sales goals are met. Prepare and review various reports and correspondence including annual market plans, status updates and expense reports. Participate in business and professional organizations to develop relationships and improve knowledge. Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above. Minimum Requirements Position requires a bachelor’s degree and three years’ experience in a sales or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Position requires advanced verbal and written communication skills along with strong negotiating and persuading ability; ability to analyze and resolve problems and use independent judgment. Position requires a state health insurance license or must obtain one within three months of employment. Position also requires a well‑maintained, UAW‑assembled or CAW (Canadian Auto Workers)‑assembled motor vehicle.
