Seeking an IT Support Associate for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Hebron KY.

Pay: $55K - $60K
Benefits: PTO Medical Dental Vision and 401k

What Youll Do

Provide frontline technical support for hardware software network and application issues.
Set up and manage user accounts permissions security groups and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding including account setup and equipment deployment.
Configure deploy troubleshoot and maintain computers mobile devices printers and peripherals.
Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook Teams SharePoint and OneDrive.
Assist with ERP and other business-critical applications.
Maintain IT asset inventories and software licensing records.
Troubleshoot connectivity application and system issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
Coordinate with our MSP and technology vendors to resolve technical issues.
Assist with cybersecurity system upgrades technology projects and IT documentation.

What Were Looking For

2 years of professional IT support or help desk experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory and user account administration.
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware software and basic network issues.
Familiarity with Outlook Teams SharePoint and OneDrive.
Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP DNS DHCP Wi-Fi and VPNs.
Experience with IT ticketing/help desk systems.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to security and confidentiality.

Education: Associate degree in IT Computer Science or a related field preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
