ABA Therapist

Position Overview EPC is a diverse and dynamic team of professionals dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism. We are hiring for part‑time positions in New Milford for after‑school hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4:00–6:00 pm. Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 services implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs as written by the BCBA. Collect and graph data using an online data collection system (CentralReach). Complete the necessary requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician within 90 days of active employment. Participate in and complete the recommended training opportunities, both in person and virtually, with our Training Coordinator (compensated at a training rate). Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
