Our client, a gorgeous high-growth agave spirit portfolio, is seeking a Market Manager to lead market development across Greater Miami and Fort Lauderdale. This is a field-based sales role for someone who knows the South Florida beverage and hospitality scene, understands how to turn relationships into business, and wants to help build a premium emerging spirits brand market by market. This is not a traditional brand ambassador position. The Market Manager will be directly responsible for opening accounts, driving depletions, building velocity, and generating consistent reorders while representing the brand across the market. What You’ll Do Develop the Miami/Fort Lauderdale market by identifying, opening, and programming high-value on-premise and select off-premise accounts. Build relationships with key buyers, operators, bartenders, beverage directors, and other market opinion leaders, converting those relationships into placements and sales. Stay closely connected to the local market, including new openings, menu changes, emerging accounts, competitive activity, and broader hospitality trends. Drive volume, menu placements, velocity, and reorders through thoughtful sales programming, activations, and brand tools. Build and execute market sales plans in partnership with local distributor teams. Develop strong distributor relationships, conduct trainings and work-withs, and become a valuable commercial partner to the distributor sales organization. Maintain disciplined reporting around CRM activity, depletions, market performance, competitive insights, T&E, and account opportunities. Analyze what is and is not working in the market and adjust the sales approach accordingly. Serve as the face and commercial owner of the portfolio throughout the South Florida market. What We’re Looking For Distributor and/or supplier side spirits experience with demonstrated responsibility for generating sales. Strong relationships within the Miami/Fort Lauderdale restaurant, bar, hotel, nightlife, and hospitality community. Proven ability to open new accounts and grow existing business through placements, programming, and reorders. Experience working effectively with wine and spirits distributors; SGWS experience is a strong plus. Premium spirits experience preferred, particularly agave spirits. Entrepreneurial and highly self-directed, with the motivation to spend substantial time in the market. Commercially minded and analytical, with the ability to build a plan, track performance, and change course quickly when needed. Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr ForceBrands
