About the Role:
EPC Aerospace Aircraft Maintenance Services LLC is looking for a sharp and driven Aviation Procurement Specialist to join our team in Orlando, FL. Responsibilities:

• Aviation Procurement & Sourcing
  • Source and procure aircraft parts, components, and MRO supplies in compliance with FAA and industry regulations.
  • Ensure all parts meet airworthiness certification and traceability requirements (e.g., FAA Form 8130-3, Certificate of Conformance / CoC).
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with maintenance teams to forecast procurement needs and minimize critical lead times.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts with approved OEMs, suppliers, and distributors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Maintain and develop strategic relationships with aviation suppliers and manage the Approved Vendor List (AVL).
• Order Management & Administration
  • Manage purchase orders from creation through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Track and resolve supplier discrepancies, delivery delays, shipping damages, and quality issues.
  • Enter and update purchasing data, pricing schedules, and vendor profiles in our ERP/inventory management system.
  • Review and compare purchase orders, delivery receipts, and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy before forwarding to accounts payable.
  • Maintain physical and digital procurement records, manage compliance files, and assist with inventory reporting.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in the aviation or aerospace industry
• Familiarity with FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, and aviation parts traceability standards  (e.g., FAA Form 8130-3, EASA Form 1) 
• Proficiency with aviation procurement platforms (e.g., ILS, PartsBase) and hands-on experience using Corridor MRO software is highly preferred.  
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract review skills
• Knowledge of aircraft components, consumables, and rotable parts preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a time-sensitive maintenance environment
