At Isaias Ruiz - State Farm Agent, our Acquisitions Specialists help grow our agency by connecting with prospective customers, understanding their insurance needs, and helping them make confident decisions about protecting what matters most.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys people, competition, challenges, and personal growth You'll spend your day creating new opportunities, building relationships, following up consistently, overcoming objections, and turning conversations into new customers.

We'll provide the training, coaching, and support - you bring the confidence, work ethic, and drive to succeed.
Key Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with prospective customers through outbound calls, internet leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs through meaningful conversations.
• Confidently present insurance options based on each customer's needs.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain an active pipeline.
• Navigate objections and confidently ask customers to move forward.
• Meet individual and team activity, quote, and production goals.
• Track activity and follow-up opportunities accurately.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development.
• Maintain compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking with new people.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by measurable results.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection without losing momentum.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable, accountable, and motivated to continuously improve.
• Previous customer-facing experience is preferred, but personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter most
• Insurance experience is not required.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
