ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2007 and is a close-knit team of four focused on strong performance and great customer relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an industrial engineer for an oil company, bringing a problem-solving mindset and strong work ethic into the business.

We stay involved in the community through local events, sponsoring high school tennis, and participating in charity golf outings.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Adam Hopkins - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
