Family Law Attorney

Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, in good standing, with experience or strong interest in family law. Demonstrated ability to handle all phases of family law cases, including client intake, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills to draft clear, persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documents. Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and emotionally charged situations with professionalism and empathy. Effective negotiation and advocacy skills for settlement discussions, mediations, and court appearances. Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple matters, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with law practice management software, document management tools, and standard office applications. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; prior experience in a family law practice, clinic, or clerkship is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
