Transaction Banking Project Manager, AVP

Job Purpose To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Accountabilities Manage change projects within the organisation, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and to required quality standards. Develop and manage project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to keep them informed of progress. Manage project teams, ensuring proper resourcing and necessary skills for delivery. Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed budgets. Create reports on project progress. Manage risks, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated. Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication, to implement and embed change projects successfully. Qualifications & Experience Driving end‑to‑end project delivery, from ideation and planning through execution. Transaction banking experience with understanding of the product development lifecycle, business readiness, and end‑to‑end business process mapping. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques such as Microsoft Suite, Copilot, Visio, Jira, and Confluence. Relevant certifications such as Agile, CAPM, or PMP are advantageous. Ability to work with stakeholders to define target operating models for new and enhanced products and services. Change agility, problem‑solving skills and comfort with shifting priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations through clear reporting, RAID management, and action closure. Attention to detail and organisational abilities to ensure project documents are complete and auditable. Minimum salary: $115,000. Maximum salary: $155,000.
