Sales Representative - Medical Technology (Vision VR Platforms)

Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to drive adoption of our cutting‑edge VR diagnostic platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, understands healthcare dynamics, and is passionate about bringing innovative technology to clinical practices. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation and product demonstrations to closing and account expansion. NOTE: The candidate needs to be within commute distance to WDC-Baltimore Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within optometry, ophthalmology, and healthcare networks Conduct compelling product demonstrations (virtual and in-person) showcasing clinical and economic value Build strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, and key decision‑makers Communicate clear ROI, workflow efficiency, and patient care benefits Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to support onboarding and customer success Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM Represent Olleyes at conferences, trade shows (e.g., Vision Expo), and industry events Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and reimbursement dynamics Qualifications 1+ years of experience in medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales (ophthalmology/optometry preferred) Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building skills Ability to communicate complex clinical and technical concepts clearly Comfortable presenting to physicians and executive stakeholders Self‑starter with high energy, resourceful, discipline, and accountability Willingness to travel (as needed for territory and events) Preferred Qualifications Experience selling diagnostic equipment or capital medical devices Existing relationships within eye care or healthcare networks Familiarity with SaaS or subscription‑based sales models Experience with emerging technologies (AI, VR, digital health) What We Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure Opportunity to sell truly differentiated, innovative technology Fast‑growing company with significant market potential Direct impact on improving patient care and clinical workflows Supportive, entrepreneurial team environment Why Join Olleyes?
