\n \nTHE OPPORTUNITY
\n \nWe are seeking an accomplished Sales Associate to serve as a true ambassador of the Scully & Scully
\nbrand. In this role, you will be entrusted with delivering a bespoke, white-glove shopping experience that reflects our legacy of luxury and sophistication.
\n• Cultivate, build, and maintain a loyal and discerning clientele through personalized service and genuine relationship-building.
\n• Anticipate client needs and curate tailored product recommendations that reflect impeccable taste and deep product knowledge.
\n• Engage with clients proactively through thoughtful follow-up via telephone and correspondence.
\n• Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, eloquently communicating the heritage and craftsmanship behind each piece.
\n• Uphold the visual and experiential standards of our flagship showroom at all times.
\n• Promote the Scully & Scully name and products with pride, passion, and a deep appreciation for our
\ndistinguished heritage.
\n \nQUALIFICATIONS
\n \n• College graduate.
\n• A polished, professional demeanor with a natural affinity for luxury goods and refined aesthetics.
\n• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals within an upscale or luxury retail
\nenvironment.
\n• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and in writing.
\n• Strong organizational acumen with the ability to manage client relationships and responsibilities with
\nprecision.
\n• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail inventory management platforms.
\n• The ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative member of a high-performing team.
\n• An eagerness to develop deep expertise in our product collections and their distinguished provenance.
\n• Must be a fast learner with the ability to quickly absorb product details and brand knowledge.
\n \nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS
