Join Our Team in Optical Sales!
Are you passionate about eyewear and helping people find the perfect pair of glasses? Join our team as an Optical Sales Associate! We're looking for someone with expertise in vision insurances, sales skills, and the ability to guide patients in selecting lenses and frames.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting stylish frames that suit their needs and preferences.
- Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and other enhancements to optimize their vision.
- Process vision insurance claims, order order ophthalmic lenses and contact lenses provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer service experience.
Assist the lead optician in ordering frames and managing frame boards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in optical sales and customer service.
- Knowledge of various vision insurances and their coverage policies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for eyewear fashion and helping others look and see their best.
