Nail Technician

Nail Technician Lead, Lincoln Park Work Mode: Onsite Location: Lincoln Park, IL To provide the highest level of internal and external customer service set forth by the Kohler Waters Spas and Forbes. Team members are responsible for upholding consistency in all standards. A direct line of communication will be on‑going among fellow associates regarding needs and concerns. A professional demeanor must be presented at all times. Responsibilities Providing guests with professional nail services that exceed their expectations Cleaning assigned work areas after every service and being knowledgeable of appropriate sanitary procedures Professionally informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities within the spa and throughout the hotel Maintaining continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin requirements Adhering to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co. This is a full‑time position working weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 8:00 am and 8:30 pm. Skills / Requirements Oversees all new hire training for technical performance and Forbes standards Participates in spa menu development (research, ideas, drafting SOPs) and manages additional projects as assigned by Lead Helps manage schedule of associates and in‑house trainings; mandatory attendance at in‑house trainings Minimum 5 years of experience to support employee development through training program The ideal candidate will have strong communication, ability to adapt to different learning styles, and solution‑focused mindset delivering engaging sessions to employees, developing and updating training materials as needed, assessing training effectiveness and providing feedback, and supporting team performance improvements through coaching Adapt training methods to meet diverse learner needs, identify problems and implement practical solutions Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
