General Manager We are looking to add an experienced, motivated general manager to our Constellation Culinary team in Santa Ana, CA. As a general manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee an exciting F&B operation in a top cultural institution. This venue has a focus on high end catered events. Planning, organizing, and overseeing all activities and systems in the dining service and nutrition departments. Functioning as the liaison in all administrative roles within the budget. Assuming responsibility for budget development and compliance, sanitation, safety, regulatory compliance, menu development, and preparation and service of food. Supervising staff and facilitating staff development. Must-haves: At least five years of progressive work experience in a leadership position in food service management. Proven experience in financial management and controls. Advanced skills in math and financial management, such as budgeting, labor, and food cost controls. Nice-to-haves: Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; alternatively, equivalent related work experience.
