Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across a variety of professional functions, including Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and leadership-level positions. In this role, you act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, guiding the recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance while ensuring a positive, professional, and efficient candidate experience. You build strong relationships with stakeholders, develop creative sourcing strategies, and identify top talent in both local and national markets. Success is measured by recruiting discipline, stakeholder partnership, candidate quality, and consistent process execution, rather than simply filling roles as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance for professional-level roles in Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Management.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles for each role.
• Review and refine job descriptions to ensure they clearly communicate role expectations and effectively attract diverse, qualified candidate pools.
• Post open positions on recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant sourcing channels to maximize visibility.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics to provide a seamless, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams to keep processes moving efficiently.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build strong, sustainable candidate pipelines for frequently hired and critical roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates across multiple geographic markets using networking, referrals, social recruiting, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent communities and networks to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, leading intake discussions to align on hiring needs, candidate profiles, interview expectations, and timelines.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on market conditions, talent availability, and candidate attraction strategies to support informed hiring decisions.
• Drive accountability around interview scheduling, feedback, and decision-making to improve hiring efficiency and reduce time-to-fill.
• Help hiring managers define what success looks like for each role and constructively challenge assumptions when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with established recruiting processes, approval workflows, and documentation standards.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within company systems and applicant tracking tools.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide updates to leadership, highlighting pipeline status, process performance, and hiring outcomes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
• Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives during periods of lower recruiting volume, contributing to broader talent and employee programs.
• Support general HR and talent acquisition efforts as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a customer service mindset.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience managing end-to-end hiring for professional-level positions, including Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Management roles.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates across multiple geographic markets, with the ability to recruit beyond local talent pools.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, with demonstrated success engaging both active and passive candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with hiring managers and positively influencing hiring decisions.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationship-based partnerships with stakeholders across the business.
• Competence in candidate assessment, including evaluating skills, experience, and role fit.
• Strong process discipline and time management skills to drive consistent and timely recruiting execution.
• Consultative mindset with the ability to provide guidance, challenge assumptions, and offer strategic hiring recommendations.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset focused on delivering high-quality hiring outcomes and positive candidate experiences.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience recruiting corporate and commercial roles, particularly Account Executive and other sales-focused positions.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems for sourcing and process management.
• Prior exposure to HR projects or general HR support responsibilities.
• Strength in strategic sourcing and building ongoing talent pipelines.
• Stakeholder management skills, including managing expectations and driving accountability.
• Ability to act as a consultative partner to hiring managers and business leaders.
• Strong communication and influence skills to guide decisions and promote best practices.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to process discipline and continuous improvement in recruiting operations.
• Focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience and reliable, professional recruiting support.

Work Environment

This role is based in the company’s headquarters and follows a Monday through Friday, in-office schedule. The environment is casual and collaborative, with a relaxed dress code where jeans are commonly worn. The organization is growing and offers the opportunity to help build and refine recruiting processes, working with flexible managers who value partnership and input. You work closely with business leaders and hiring managers, leveraging modern recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, as well as applicant tracking systems, to support efficient and effective hiring across multiple markets.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Charles, MO.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.86/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Saint Charles,MO.
