Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Ann Arbor, MI

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Rheumatology division in the Ann Arbor area to drive demand generation and build relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers. The role combines strategic account planning, customer engagement, and sales execution to expand patient access to its immunology pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using customer and market insights
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
• Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support business objectives
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and timely

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Demonstrated Rheumatology sales background strongly preferred
• Proven consistent high sales performance and business objective achievement
• Territory and account strategy planning and execution experience
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of market access dynamics, specialty pharmacy, and buy-and-bill models
• Bachelor's degree; residency in assigned territory required
