Logistics/White Glove Delivery Associate

They are seeking a White Glove Delivery Associate to play a key role in ensuring items are carefully transported, handled, and delivered while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer experience.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a hands-on environment and takes pride in handling valuable and fragile items with care. This role requires strong teamwork, professionalism when interacting with clients, and the ability to safely move, pack, load, and transport inventory. Candidates should be comfortable driving company vehicles, working both independently and collaboratively, and delivering a high level of service while following established safety and handling procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Safely pack, transport, load, unload, and deliver valuable, fragile, and high-end items while adhering to white glove service standards.
• Operate company vans or trucks to complete pickups, deliveries, and transportation assignments at client and business locations.
• Assist with inventory movement, organization, and placement throughout company facilities and designated storage areas.
• Utilize moving equipment such as carts, dollies, and hand trucks to efficiently and safely handle items of varying sizes and weights.
• Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, transportation, and movement of materials and equipment as needed.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and professional condition while following safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in white glove delivery, specialized moving, logistics, transportation, warehousing, or a related service-focused environment.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license with the ability to safely operate company vehicles and travel as needed, including occasional overnight trips.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, work on your feet for extended periods, and perform physical tasks involving bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide professional, courteous service when interacting with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to following handling, packing, transportation, and safety procedures for valuable or delicate items.
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset.
