We are looking for an experienced Localization Project Manager to join the team on a Wednesday-Sunday schedule, working 8am-5pm (PST). In this role, you will manage end-to-end delivery for Enterprise clients, overseeing translation projects across multiple service types. You will coordinate production, support clients and linguists, and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. During weekend coverage (Saturday-Sunday), you will act as the primary point of contact in your time zone, independently managing project execution and ensuring continuity of service. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, making decisions to keep projects moving and maintaining momentum. We are offering a contractor role, fully remote from your preferred location, provided the required working hours are covered. Responsibilities Create and manage projects for all service types based on agreed-upon processes, ensuring they are delivered on time, with the expected level of quality, and within budget. Provide a high level of support to clients and linguists on a project-level, addressing questions, concerns, and ensuring smooth project execution. Anticipate client needs and proactively address any issues or concerns to maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Operate as the primary point of contact during weekend coverage (Saturday-Sunday), independently managing project execution and ensuring continuity of service. Make timely, autonomous decisions to unblock deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum in the absence of broader team support. Requirements Confirmed availability to work a Wednesday-Sunday schedule. 5+ years of previous experience in Localization and Project Management Demonstrated history of being a self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented professional who actively seeks ownership and accountability. Comfortable navigating in an environment with ambiguity and fluidity. Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, delivering information in a concise, fact-based, and informative manner. Capable of simplifying complex information. Boasts outstanding organizational skills, excelling in prioritization and managing competing demands. Enthusiastic about achieving excellence and maintaining a sharp focus on detail. Proven localization and internationalization knowledge, including proficiency in localization processes and technology Thrives in a highly collaborative work environment, contributing to a culture of teamwork and shared success.
