About Company
Our Story

Total Management NYC was founded with a simple mission: to provide NYC co-ops and condos with the attentive, professional management they deserve. Since 2014, we've stayed true to that vision.

Unlike large, impersonal management companies where your building is just another number, we take a boutique approach. Every building we manage receives personalized attention from a dedicated team who knows your property, your board, and your residents.

Our headquarters in the Bronx and satellite office in Manhattan keep us close to the buildings and communities we serve. We understand NYC real estate because we're part of it.
