If so, we'd love to have you as part of our team!The Details You Need to Know:Full-Time Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PMCompensation: $20/ph+ based on experienceWhat You'll Do:Greet and check in patients while providing excellent customer serviceSchedule appointments and assist with patient registrationAnswer phones, process messages, and support office communicationVerify insurance, collect copays, and maintain accurate patient informationObtain vitals, update medical histories, and assist with patient intakePrepare patients for visits and support providers during appointments as neededPerform basic clinical duties including specimen collection, and point-of-care testing as applicableSupport referrals, forms, scanning, and general administrative tasksWhat We're Looking For:1-3 years of Medical Receptionist and/or Medical Receptionist experience preferredExperience with AthenaOne and/or Phreesia strongly preferredStrong multitasking, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and adapt to changing environmentsProfessional, dependable, and team-oriented attitudePediatric or multi-site medical office experience preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredThe Physical Side of the Job:You'll be on your feet a lot, moving around and occasionally lifting infants or toddlers.As with any medical role, you may be exposed to different elements like blood or chemicals.If you're ready to bring your skills and passion to a team that truly makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
