Med / Tele Registered Nurse - RN
A respected healthcare system is seeking a Full-Time Med/Tele Registered Nurse for a day shift position. This role features a self-scheduled shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with flexible days based on the unit's needs. If you're a dedicated nurse interested in joining a dynamic medical telemetry unit, this opportunity may be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, individualized nursing care by utilizing the nursing process to meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and assess patients connected to electrocardiogram (ECG) and heart rate monitors.
- Interpret telemetry data to adjust care plans and implement timely interventions.
Med / Tele Registered Nurse - RN Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree).
- Experience: No prior experience required; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- CPR-BCLS certification is required.
- ACLS certification must be obtained before completing orientation.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification is required before completing orientation.
