PLC & Automation Supervisor

Marvin is seeking a PLC & Automation Supervisor to lead the reliability, safety, and performance of our automated manufacturing systems. In this hands-on role, you’ll supervise a small controls team, oversee PLC/HMI programming, troubleshoot electrical and automation issues, and support continuous improvement projects across our production lines. You’ll collaborate closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations to reduce downtime, optimize processes, and implement new equipment.
