Join our Cass-Clay Creamery team and play a critical role in keeping our dairy operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably.Shift: 1st shiftWhat You'll Do:Lead and develop a team of maintenance techniciansPrioritize and assign daily work to ensure efficient operationsDrive a strong preventive & predictive maintenance programTroubleshoot issues and minimize downtime through effective problem-solvingPartner with operations to improve equipment reliability and performanceSupport continuous improvement and root cause analysis effortsWhat We're Looking For/Job Requirements:Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment (3-5 years)Supervisory or lead experience with maintenance technicians (2 years)Electrical experience with motor control circuitry up to 480V 3-phasePreferred: PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley) and/or ammonia refrigeration experienceWorking knowledge of industrial equipment typically found in food and beverage or dairy manufacturing plants (fillers, conveyors, compressors, blow mold machines)Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to manage priorities and stay focused in a fast-paced environmentExperience with preventive maintenance systems (CMMS)Physical requirements:Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with or without accommodations.Stand for extended periods.Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package available 1st of the month after start date401(k) with company contributionCompetitive payPaid vacation and holidaysCareer growth opportunities - we promote from within!Service recognition and employee rewardsEmployee referral programTuition reimbursementWork with dairy farm familiesAn Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
