Print Production Specialist $17.39 - $21.56/hour Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Onsite at Skidmore College About the Opportunity TEKsystems is partnering with a leading document and print services organization to hire a Print Production Specialist . This position supports a busy onsite print center located at Skidmore College and is perfect for individuals with digital print production experience who enjoy working directly with customers and delivering high-quality finished products. What You'll Do Operate digital production print equipment in a high-volume environment Process, manage, and track print jobs using computer-based systems Ensure accuracy and quality throughout the print production process Perform print finishing activities and operate finishing equipment Assist customers with print requests and provide exceptional service Troubleshoot production issues and resolve printing challenges Manage digital files, job setup, and production documentation Meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent Previous print shop or digital print production experience Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday Preferred Experience with Fiery Workstation Experience operating print finishing equipment Additional technical training or post‑secondary education What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a fast-paced production environment, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and is comfortable interacting with customers daily. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.39 - $21.56/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
