Human Resources Coordinator


Honolulu, HI | Full-Time | Onsite


A respected Honolulu organization is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support a broad range of HR functions in a professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong HR foundation, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage responsibilities with a high level of accuracy and discretion.


This position works closely with leadership and employees across the organization and plays an important role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, compliance initiatives, and HR programs.

Responsibilities:

• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file administration
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems
• Assist with benefits administration, employee communications, and policy-related inquiries
• Coordinate recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
• Support compliance, reporting, and HR documentation processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of human resources experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in professional services, legal, financial services, or other fast-paced office environments
• Exposure to recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations support, or HR compliance activities
• HRIS experience
