$90,000 - $110,000 annually

Position Summary
The Director of Rehab oversees therapy services in a home health setting, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective team management. This role combines leadership responsibilities with patient care (approximately 60% administrative / 40% clinical).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily rehab operations and therapy staff performance
- Review cases, assign therapists, and support care planning
- Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and documentation standards
- Lead case conferences and coordinate interdisciplinary care
- Conduct record reviews, supervisory visits, and QA activities
- Support hiring, training, and development of therapy staff
- Assist with program development, policies, and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Active PT, OT, or SLP license
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (home health preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
