About the Role:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of web applications to deliver seamless user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Your role will involve writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code while ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software to enhance functionality and user satisfaction. Ultimately, your contributions will drive the successful deployment of innovative digital products that meet the evolving needs of our users and stakeholders across the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with back-end programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET.
• Familiarity with database systems including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies in software development.
• Experience with TypeScript and modern state management libraries.
• Understanding of web security best practices and data protection regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end web architecture using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Build and manage robust back-end services and APIs to support application functionality and data integration.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
