Short and Speech Therapy Services is a clinician-owned practice in South Jersey — not a staffing agency. We're hiring an on-site SLP for a 4-month maternity leave coverage within our Camden school district partnership.

Even for short-term coverage, we hire you as a W-2 employee. We cover the employer portion of your FICA, unemployment, and workers' comp. A W-2 rate actually nets you significantly more than a 1099 offer where you bear the full tax burden. You keep more of what you earn, and there's no tax-season panic when the coverage ends.

Clinical Fellows: We Want You

While this is a short-term, 4-month role, it is a great opportunity to gain school-based experience or complete a segment of your fellowship. We pair our Clinical Fellows 1:1 with a veteran, ASHA-certified SLP who oversees the clinical side of the practice. With us, you get intentional mentorship and supervision from someone who’s actually done the job.

What You'll Need

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology (or graduation date for CFs)
• NJ DOE Speech-Language Specialist Certification (or eligibility)
• Strong documentation skills and a genuine commitment to students
