Family-Centered Case Coach for Community Impact
UNITED WAY OF SAN ANTONIO & BEXAR COUNTY
UNITED WAY OF SAN ANTONIO & BEXAR COUNTY is seeking a Dual Generation Family Centered Case Coach to support families in achieving their educational and economic goals through personalized guidance and resource access. This role will involve building strong relationships, conducting holistic assessments, and collaborating with various stakeholders to foster family stability. The ideal candidate will possess significant community engagement experience, proficiency in Spanish, and the ability to connect families with essential services in San Antonio.
