✨ What You’ll Do

Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families
Support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges
Build a caseload (goal: 20+ clients/week within 6 months )
Complete timely, high-quality clinical documentation
Participate in weekly supervision (group + triadic as needed)
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

Compensation (CA Pay Transparency)

W-2 position with standardized hourly session pay: $42.50/hour for all client sessions (insurance and private pay)
Administrative hourly pay provided for required activities, including:

Clinical supervision (group and triadic)
Required meetings and administrative tasks

Performance-based growth opportunity: Associates who maintain 20+ client hours/week for 3 consecutive months may be eligible for a $5/hour increase

All required work time is compensated in alignment with California employment law

Expectations

Consistent weekly availability ( Fridays required; Saturdays as needed )
Maintain ~ 15 seen clients/week minimum
Reliable attendance, especially during first 90 days
Active participation in supervision and team structure
Commitment to a long-term role

Requirements

Registered Associate with CA BBS ( AMFT, ACSW, APCC )
Master’s degree in related field
Malpractice insurance
Strong clinical and documentation skills
