Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist II to support our client's team in Mechanicsville, VA. This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract.

Job Summary: The selected candidate will provide high-quality patient care while performing specimen collection and processing across several sites. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection following established procedures.
• Verify patient identification and accurately label specimens.
• Process, package, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Follow laboratory quality, safety, and infection control standards.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Support multiple laboratory locations as assigned.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of phlebotomy experience
• High School Diploma or GED required

• Pay Range: $19 - $22 hourly
• Shifts: 1st Shift
