You will be a part of a team that is responsible for managing large-scale, complex healthcare construction projects. This position is ideal for those who have a strong background in healthcare project management, hospital construction, and healthcare renovation. Your role will involve overseeing ground-up construction and commercial projects in the healthcare sector. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to ensure project goals are met. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively and efficiently.Ensure all construction activities comply with the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) standards and AHCA regulations. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success. Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications. Lead and inspire a team of project managers, providing them with guidance and mentorship. Report on project progress, challenges, and successes to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, such as Healthcare Project Manager, Sr. Healthcare Project Manager, or Project Executive. Extensive experience in managing large-scale healthcare construction projects, including hospital construction, healthcare renovation, and ground-up construction. In-depth knowledge of AHCA regulations and ACHA standards. Proven experience in managing commercial projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mitigate potential risks and issues. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications such as Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) or Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
