Job Description Support attorneys on commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing. Prepare, review, and organize transactional documents. Assist with commercial purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and closing binders. Coordinate due diligence, title, survey, and closing documentation. Manage transaction timelines and communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties. Maintain organized case files and transactional records. Assist with entity formation and organizational documents as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional paralegal experience. Experience supporting acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions. Strong document management and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
