General Manager - Home Services

Oversee day-to-day operations, including project management, process optimization, and quality control to meet or exceed company standards. Analyze profit and loss statements regularly to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction; implement strategies accordingly. Drive business development initiatives by cultivating relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to expand market presence. Utilize Excel data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. Implement lean management principles to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency. Lead the team in strategic planning sessions to set goals aligned with company objectives; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed. Supervise project execution from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Foster a safety-conscious environment by adhering to health and safety regulations across all operations. Requirements Hands-on Leader with experience and knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical services — who can hold a team accountable and can elevate the business. Proven management experience in a senior leadership role within home services or related industries; team management is highly desirable. Strong proficiency in data analysis for reporting, forecasting, and decision-making purposes. Demonstrated success in team management, team development, and supervising large teams effectively. Expertise in strategic management with a focus on operational excellence, profit & loss analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive business growth through innovative strategies. Experience in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management to expand market share. Knowledge of lean management techniques to optimize workflows and reduce operational waste. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality. Ability to analyze complex data sets for informed decision-making; proficiency in data-driven approaches is essential.
