Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Create detailed screen prints and stencils from specifications, blueprints, and verbal instructions, ensuring close tolerances. • Develop computer artwork, prepare negative and positive films, and resize letters as needed. • Correct and touch up stencils, including freehand lettering, and fabricate screen print frames based on technical documents. • Perform chemical processes to transmit films to screens and mix inks, paints, and thinners for printing. • Maintain logs for tool orders, reworks, and job numbers, and verify part quantities. • Follow supervisor instructions, maintain courteous behavior, and ensure regular attendance. • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications • Ability to read and interpret customer specifications, blueprints, and manuals. • Experience in screen printing on plastic and/or aluminum parts. • Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively. • Skills in film development, stenciling, and layout design. • Experience with desktop publishing operations.

Education And/Or Experience High School diploma/GED, or one year certificate from a technical school, or 2-3 years related experience or equivalent.

Mathematical Skills Ability to perform basic arithmetic and compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

Physical Demands • Regular use of hands and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. • Must have good vision (close, distance, color, and peripheral).

Personal Protective Equipment • Safety glasses required. • Gloves as needed.

Work Environment • Loud manufacturing environment with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals.
