Estimator & Project Coordinator — Construction (Detroit)

SFV Services in Detroit is seeking an Estimator / Project Coordinator to own both estimating and coordination. You will define scope, perform takeoffs, solicit subcontractor pricing, and build baseline estimates to guide budget, schedule, and risk. After award, you will coordinate subcontractors, track milestones, manage change orders, and maintain clear client communication from award through closeout.
