Due to expansion, Healthcare United is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician to join a multi-specialty group in Bridgeport, CT. Monday-Friday schedule with strong support staff and multiple locations to choose from. Hospital-employed position Now accepting visa candidates Bilingual in Spanish a Plus 100% outpatient practice, no inpatient responsibilities Monday-Friday schedule, 40 hours/week Strong support staff Outpatient only Monday through Friday schedule Average 18 patients per day EPIC EMR (very important) Comprehensive support team including community health workers, nutritionists, and care navigators Strong onboarding and ramp-up period Spanish proficiency a plus Competitive compensation with sign-on and retention bonus Start Date: May 2026 Requirements MD preferred, with completion of a residency in Internal Medicine from an accredited institution. Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine. Active CT license or eligibility to obtain one. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
