What You'll Do

Provide expert nursing care to emergency room patients in a fast-paced setting
Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans using the nursing process
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Administer medications and treatments following protocols and safety standards
Document patient information accurately and promptly
Identify patient deterioration and respond quickly to emergencies
Maintain a sterile and safe environment adhering to regulatory requirements

What You Need
Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
2+ years of emergency or acute care nursing experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with computer systems and documentation tools

Preferred:

Certification in clinical specialty areas
