We are seeking a Part-Time Temporary Office Support Specialist to assist our Bucks County office with daily operations and client services. This position will provide essential support to our team, helping ensure that clients and caregivers receive timely communication and that office operations continue to run smoothly.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Caregiver Support

• Respond to routine client, family, and caregiver inquiries by phone and email.

• Assist with communicating schedule changes, service updates, and other important information.

• Help address routine service concerns and escalate issues to office leadership as needed.

• Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.

Scheduling & Office Coordination

• Assist with caregiver scheduling, shift confirmations, and coverage coordination.

• Help communicate open shifts and scheduling needs to caregivers.

• Support daily office activities to ensure continuity of client services.

• Coordinate information between clients, caregivers, schedulers, and office leadership.

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records and documentation.

• Assist with filing, data entry, and updating information in office systems.

• Help prepare documents, track outstanding tasks, and follow up on pending items.

• Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy office environment.

• Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling software, and other office applications.

• Ability to handle confidential client information professionally.

• Previous experience in office administration, customer service, home care, or healthcare is preferred but not required.
