Trauma-Informed Youth Support Specialist

Child and Family Focus, Inc. is seeking a Youth Peer Support to assist parents/caregivers within the Montgomery County Intensive Care Coordination Program. The YPS provides trauma-informed, lived-experience guided support face-to-face or via telehealth to help families develop skills and achieve their Family Service Plan. You will work with the ICC Team, help youth build natural and community supports, and model coping strategies while navigating child-serving systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr Child and Family Focus, Inc
