Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Strong background working with pediatric populations
• Experience in a school or educational environment preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and goal-oriented therapy strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to deliver comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and in-service trainings
• Provide support and resources to caregivers and educational caregivers
