We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our clinical team.

 

Position Overview

The Outpatient Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

Therapists will utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and improve their overall well-being.

Services may be provided in the office, home, school, community, or via telehealth in accordance with North Carolina Medicaid guidelines and agency standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with families, community partners, and other providers
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development
• Provide crisis support and appropriate referrals when necessary

 

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in:
• • Counseling
  • Social Work
  • Psychology
  • Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Or a related behavioral health field
• North Carolina Licensure or License Eligible:
• • LCMHC / LCMHCA
  • LCSW / LCSWA
  • LMFT / LMFTA
  • Licensed Psychologist

 

Preferred Experience

Experience working with:

• Children
• Adolescents
• Adults
• Trauma-informed care
• Family systems
• Community-based behavioral health services
