Overview Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) — Remote (Must be licensed in North Carolina). Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2 or 1099 Contractor). Compensation: Paid per billed session. What You’ll Do Provide individual therapy via secure telehealth to a diverse caseload. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, or EMDR. Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other clinicians to coordinate care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using a HIPAA-compliant EHR. Participate in team consults and optional continuing education opportunities. What We’re Looking For Active, unrestricted license as an LCPC , LCSW , or LMFT in North Carolina. Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred. Skilled in treating common concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or life transitions. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Tech-savvy and proficient in telehealth platforms and EHR systems. Committed to compassionate, ethical, and evidence-informed care.
