As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, you’ll provide therapeutic services to older adults in senior living settings—bringing empathy, clinical skill, and creativity to every interaction. Deliver individual and group counseling tailored to older adults
Conduct mental health assessments and develop care plans
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and facility staff
Participate in team meetings, training, and program development
Contribute ideas to help shape our evolving care model
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina
Experience with older adults, trauma-informed care, or chronic illness preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort with hybrid care (in-person and telehealth)
Passion for equity, dignity, and whole-person wellness
